Vox Pops

What are Vox Pops?

Vox pops are interviews with random people in the street, they are normally about topics related to a business or a film. The camera is normally off set and it has a busy/public background, this is normally where people shop. The main reason for a vox pop is to interview people about a certain topic. They are normally informal points from the public.

Question One:

What is your favourite thriller and why?

We gained a lot of knowledge from this question and an insight into what people like to see in thrillers, the first person to be interviewed was a student the normal conventions of a thriller was said and we are going to stick to that. The second person to be interviewed wanted to see graphic match which can be put in are thriller opening. The key to having a good thriller is to have a good storey. Realism is another important factor.

Question two:

What scares you in a thriller?

The parts which we need to input into are opening titles are jump scares and tense music. We will be making are own tense music to fit with the open sequence. This will make sure that no copy right law will be broken.
